At Tri-State Sportswear, we work hard to deliver the highest quality products available that are prepared exactly as ordered. Our goal is that our customers will be completely satisfied with their order.


If an item is not what you expected or you just change your mind, we will gladly issue a refund as long as the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. If items have been washed or otherwise altered, we cannot accept them as a return.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.

Any custom-ordered apparel, such as signs, banners or corporate wear cannot be returned. School spirit wear can only be returned if the item is not customized. All sales are final on any customized items.

To complete your return, please ship the item back to us with proof of purchase. You may also return the item to our office in Proctorville, Ohio.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

All refunds for online purchases will be issued through PayPal.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
